Licensure Programs:

  • Graduate Licensure Program (GLP) The Graduate Licensure Program is a graduate program in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction (C&I) leading to an elementary or secondary teaching license and a Master of Education (M.Ed.).
  • Initial Licensure (Fast Track) Program (ILP) The purpose of the Initial Licensure Program in Elementary and Secondary Education (aka Fast Track Professional Development Pilot Program) is to attract energetic and motivated individuals with a bachelor's degree who are interested in becoming classroom teachers. This one-year intensive program is designed to support highly qualified students in their preparation as effective educators at the elementary and secondary levels.
